Effective etching spraying length is 12 meter, deep etching on stainless steel sheet for cookware pan, etching depth 35micros.
Equipped with an acid regeneration system to ensure precise concentration control and stable performance for batch etching production
Constructed with a corrosion-resistant body and advanced PP material. At the back side of the etching module, a chemical solution circulation tank is installed to maintain uniform concentration throughout the module, ensuring a consistent and high-quality etching effect.
