PCB Auto loader
Designed for the loading section of a PCB wet process line. Bare boards are stacked vertically at an inclined angle, and a pneumatic cylinder pushes each PCB onto the conveyor for downstream wet processing. The inclined structure allows easy manual stacking and avoids board bending, while the pneumatic pusher ensures smooth, consistent feeding without surface scratches.
